The CARBOCELL CO₂ device is used to treat physical complaints such as circulatory disorders, lack of strength and impaired wound healing.

Developed and built in Germany by INTECCS Dortmund UG, a company that has been developing and producing for over 35 years, always in accordance with the applicable guidelines for medical and wellness devices.

The goal was to offer a technically solid device with the necessary functions at a very attractive price.

The concept dispenses with complex electronics and a display as well as extensive operating menus.

The basic concept is a very simple device structure with solid individual components.

The entire device system is designed to be as trouble-free and easy to use as possible. This allows us to offer the best price on the market.

Thanks to four well-dimensioned castors, two of which have brakes, the device is simple and easy to move.

The CO₂ gas bottle is held to the housing by two elastic cuffs, which use Velcro fasteners to allow a bottle to be replaced quickly and easily.

The operation is limited to two electrical switches:
On/off toggle switch for the device and a switch from vacuum to CO₂ gas.

This means: sucking out the air in the treatment shell and then filling it with CO₂.
The pressure reducer is preset and does not need to be adjusted.
The pressure gauges are used to monitor the filling level of the bottle and the optimal gas flow rate.

Technology

The CO₂ bottles with 6 or 10 kg filling are standard parts and can be obtained from any gas dealer via the exchange process.
It can be supplied or purchased yourself.
The corresponding fitting is supplied as standard.

The connection from the control unit to the treatment sleeve is made by a hose connection with high-quality quick-release couplings.
The connection on the treatment sleeve is replaceable and can be reused many times.

The plastic treatment sleeves are prepared for connection.
A special support mat prevents the evacuation process from being blocked prematurely.

For hygienic reasons, one treatment per person is planned.

Handling

The extraction time is approx. 3-5 minutes, filling with CO₂ gas approx. 5-7 minutes.
If the closure band for the cover is carefully applied, no additional CO₂ needs to be refilled for the duration of the treatment.

If desired, the CO₂ can be extracted at the end of the treatment

An exhaust duct can be installed to vent the CO₂ gas outside.

Preheating of the CO₂ gas is not provided as standard, but can be supplied for an additional charge.

As a cost-effective alternative, the use of an electric heating pad is recommended.

Two rubber straps with Velcro fasteners are included to close the treatment cover.
One strap for the chest area, one strap for the neck.

Assembly

The device is delivered ready for use.
Only 2 hose connections between the device and the pressure reducer as well as the device and the connection for the cover have to be plugged together.
Depending on the delivery situation, the pressure reducer must still be screwed onto the gas bottle.
A corresponding open-end wrench is included.
